PhonoMe is an app where you talk one-on-one with a Wellness Buddy over an audio or video call. You pay per minute using coins you buy in the app.
People across India who have signed up to listen and talk, and passed PhonoMe's voice verification. They are independent members of the platform, not therapists or counsellors.
Audio costs 15 coins a minute and video 60. Each minute is charged in full the moment it starts. If you switch to video, a video minute starts right away and the audio minute already charged stays charged. You can't switch back from video to audio in the same call.
Coins spent on calls that connected aren't refunded. If a call failed because of a network or technical problem, write to support and we'll review it. Approved refunds reach your original payment method in 7–10 working days.
Your phone number is never shown to anyone, and everyone appears as an avatar. The Privacy Policy explains what we store and why.
In the app, go to Profile → Delete account. You can also request deletion from our Delete Account page without opening the app.
