Delete your PhonoMe account

You can delete your PhonoMe account and the personal data linked to it at any time. This page explains how, and what happens to your data. PhonoMe is an app by PhonoLabs Private Limited.
Option 1: in the app
- Open PhonoMe and go to Profile.
- Tap Settings → Delete account.
- Confirm with the one-time code sent to your phone.
Your account is closed straight away.
Option 2: without the app
Email support@phonome.in from any address, with the subject Delete my PhonoMe account, and include:
- the phone number registered on your account;
- your display name on PhonoMe (if you remember it).
We’ll send a one-time code to that phone number to confirm the account is yours, then delete it within 30 days and email you when it’s done.
What gets deleted

| Unused coins in your wallet | Forfeited when the account is deleted. Use them first. |
What we keep, and for how long
